Corrections policy

Tell us

If a page is out of date, mislabelled, or plainly wrong, email info@mycrave.co.in with the page URL and what you think is wrong. If you can point to the official source, even better. We read every one of these.

What happens next

  1. We check the claim against the official source, not against our own memory.
  2. If we are wrong, we fix it and note what changed and when on the page.
  3. If the error was material — a wrong deadline, a wrong form, a wrong statement of law — it is also recorded in the change log.
  4. If we think we are right, we will tell you why rather than quietly ignoring the message.

What we count as material

Anything that could cause a reader to miss a deadline, file the wrong document, or believe something about their rights that is not true. Typographical errors are fixed silently; substantive errors are logged.

Speed

A reported error that could cause a missed deadline is treated as urgent and the affected statement is removed or qualified the same day, pending review. Everything else is dealt with in the normal review cycle.
