Indian patent judgments that decide how a provision is actually read. Each note states the question the court faced and what it held, in our own words, with the citation and a link to the judgment where an accessible source exists.
How to use these. A judgment binds on its facts and its court. Nothing here predicts an outcome in any other matter, and a note is not a substitute for reading the judgment. Where we mark a citation as being confirmed, we have not yet matched it to an official report — treat the citation, not the substance, as provisional.
