Privacy notice

Review status. This notice describes what the site actually does today. It is drafted to align with Indian data-protection and communications requirements and is scheduled for review by a data-protection adviser before any large-scale marketing use of the data collected here. Version v1.0 (19 Aug 2026).

Who is responsible

MYCrave Consultancy & Services, FF-120, Atmiya Complex, Near Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat 390013, India, operates this website and decides how personal data submitted through it is used. Contact: info@mycrave.co.in, +91 7600690996.

What we collect

  • What you send us. Name, mobile number and, if you give them, email, city, the type of applicant you are, the stage you are at, the topic and the message you write, when you use the ask, consultation or updates forms.
  • Consent records. The exact wording you agreed to, its version, the time, the page you were on, and the campaign parameters in the URL you arrived from.
  • Server logs. Standard web-server records kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
  • An optional visitor id. If, and only if, you tick the optional box on a form, we set a first‑party cookie containing a random id and record it against your enquiry, so that we can see which pages you read before you contacted us. It is not set for anyone who does not ask for it, and it identifies nothing on its own. See the cookie notice.
  • On your own device only. Your theme choice, text size, saved provisions and reading history are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.

What we do not do

  • We do not require an account to read any section or rule.
  • We do not send the content of your legal question, invention details, phone number or email address into general analytics platforms.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
  • We do not put confidential enquiry details into URLs, analytics events or client-side logs. The site's tracking code carries an explicit exclusion list for enquiry text, names, phone numbers and email addresses.
  • We do not track your reading unless you ask us to, on a separate optional consent.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to provide the service you asked for, and — only where you separately ticked that box — to send legal updates or information about MYCrave's services. Service communication about an enquiry you sent is not marketing; marketing is separate and always optional.

Consent, and taking it back

Every consent box on this site is separate and none of the optional ones is pre-ticked. You can withdraw any optional consent at any time by emailing info@mycrave.co.in with the word “withdraw” and which consent you mean. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to reply to an enquiry you have already sent.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, provide a copy where applicable, stop marketing to you, or delete your data and close any record we hold. Write to info@mycrave.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable period and will tell you if we cannot do something and why.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records and professional obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, plus a period afterwards so that we can evidence what you agreed to. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

Sharing

Enquiry data is handled by MYCrave staff working on your matter and by our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions. We do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored with access limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure — please do not send confidential technical details of an unfiled invention through a web form. Tell us in general terms and we will arrange a secure channel.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact our grievance officer.
